東日本大震災から半年

今日で、３月１１日から６ヶ月が過ぎました

改めて犠牲になった方々に哀悼の意を表すとともに、被災された皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます

この間、４回被災地に足を運びました

被災地に入り、初めて現場を目の当たりにした時の衝撃は生涯忘れる事ができません

目に入ってきた情景だけでなく、臭い、音、肌に触れる空気、五感に突き刺さるという感覚を受けました

そして、被災者の方々の悲痛な声も直接伺ってきました

帰省のため上野駅から「スーパーひたち」に乗り、幾度となく通い続けた常磐線の無惨な姿は、ほんとうに悲しいものがありました

６月末にチャリティーコンサートをおこなった２つの団体より支援先を探してほしいとの依頼を受け、縁あって被災地で子育てを支援しているNPO法人「はらまちクラブ」へ義援金を届けさて頂いた

私たちの訪問を大変喜んでいただいた江本代表と懇談のおり、原発３０Km圏内の屋内退避区域となっている地域に住む家族の方から、「子供を安全な所に行かせたいが、自分たちはここで働かなければならない。子供と離れて暮らすことは辛すぎる、どうしたらいいのか」と相談を受けたが、答えを出す事ができなかったと、苦しい胸の内を話してくれました

ほんとうに厳しく悲しい現実が、そこにはありました

杉並区は南相馬市と防災相互援助協定を結んでおり、現在も区職員を７名派遣し、復興支援をおこなっています

私の家族も、未だ故郷に帰る目処がつかないまま避難生活を強いられています

新政権がどこまで前政権の遅れを取り戻し、本格的な復興、復旧に力を注いでいくのか

被災地の心の痛みを我が痛みとして「人間の復興」 への道のりを加速させていくことを山口代表が明言しました
